No i don't think so. The developer already released a list of updates- which character gets update when. I think Melissa update is late on that list. It will take a bit of time.

After the initial release of a version there are usually one or two BUG FIX versions to get it working correctly. This has been the case for the last 11 versions of this and other games from this same dev too. Not sure why people scream about "no new content" when that's generally not been the case in years for the dev once the main release is out and everything else is a bug fix.

It's just version 11. Full Release probably just means that they aren't going to work on it any more and the developer is on to v12.

You need to activate the "Menu" button on your navigation keys, or map either long-press to menu button. On a rooted android it's easy but on stock It depends on the manufacturer's will.
