Don't have a save for you but to be honest I think you'd be fine just replaying it, it really doesn't take that long especially if you know what to do and just hold ctrl.

considering that you can already have bareback sex with her I don't think there is an actual lack of content for her
After loading my save game I simply rolled back to the shower scene where I qualified and then it worked fine for me.
I didn't continue on with my game after I qualified except for the MC to go to his room.

Alrighty so, I have had a couple of long standing road blocks with this one for awhile now; not sure if its a glitch or just something else. The path with Jackie has been frozen at 3/6 for a long long time, i go to the nightclub (after the events with Sam) and i give Jackie 3 green drinks, 2 blues, and 1 red (12%+18%+20%=50) any more and she is bent over the toilet stall.... I have the DJ play 'I want candy' however instead of the 'bathroom fun' scene it has only ever played the 'dirty dancing' scene.... not sure what to do with that. - the 2nd issue is Melissa; it just stopped at 20/21 no idea what i am missing. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

For the Bathroom fun with Candy she must tell you about her rising alcohol tollerance which raises the bar to 70 (requires Melissa Events to progress to the point of telling you about that special blood wine)

-hmmm.... the only issue is I am pretty sure all that already happened- i am well past the blood wine and i even tried using a renpy save editor to set candi's buzz requirement to 70; still sadly not working. The Melissa events all seem to be done but it still says i am missing 1 (not the blood wine one) Candi has been stuck on 3/6 for like a year for me....even after like 7 or so clean restarts and following step by step instructions :/

Some Pictures will only get unlocked once you progressed a certains Character story.
There is no picture in your screenshot so I assume you haven't advanced far enough in the story yet

That would be a concern if the Dev didn't put the game on hold for most of the time in order to develope another game.
We won't know for sure ofcourse, but I'd give the Dev the chance of doubt.
