I continue to work with her and now she is at 90% while her rival at 10% But she continue to ask me to put poster and remove the poster rival... nothing more!
I finish with all the other character... i just do not understand how to continue with the mayor Diane...

You should go to the town hall at night when Delia?/ adversary is there. The next day go back and talk to the mayor.
