read already the changelog for v 0.14..
and I can't remember anymore who those characters being mentioned there.
all i can safely recall is that
there's a mom, sis, aunt, cousin, and mayoress (I think..)
but can't remember their names..

There is no need for cheat. If you are talking about money, You wont need it that much. The game provies the amount you need.

changelog says 4 events for Sam and Melissa but what are they?

Sam new: night fuck, afternoon webcam show
Melissa new: night fuck

Also I can only see Melissa on the map at night but not at any other time...
