Hey there! Well, the basement/npc enslavement feature is indeed implemented and should be working fine! At home, go Basement and simply pay the price (you're gonna need $3000). After I quick check, I confirm it works well when starting a new game. If you use a savefile from any previous version and don't see the button, make sure you have patched your savefile.
Speak of video sound, unfortunately, most of the clips I have in the game were originally .webp files (somewhat a lighter version of .gif) and they didn't have sound at all. Although now I mostly tend to use .mp4 videos with sound, it would be incosistent if some of the clips had sound, and some hadn't. So I mute them anyway. I hope voiceovers help, at least a bit, especially because every capturable girl uses actual voice of the actress.
That sounds very strange. You guys sure you’ve started a new game or patched your saves? Either way, I’ll make sure to check it out later, somewhere around this weekend, right now I don’t have access to my PC.
New game no, patched yes. Weird thing is they seem to come back sometimes randomly.
May I ask if you were playing online or downloaded the desktop version, what OS do you have, what link did you choose (if you downloaded the game) and whether is was patch-only or standalone version?

Hey there, I just checked the files, and there's no way your girls (including Michelle) could disappear, unless... you've sent them to work at the casino for the weekend yourself. Yes, if you have them assigned for work, they won't be available when working. So it's not a bug, it's basically a feature.
