Sorry, i always delete my hard save when i make a new one (at the end of each update).
If you use any cleaning software your saves will most likely be cleaned as well, so always make a hard save when you finish browser games.

Thats too far in the past, but as far as i remember it was pretty straightforward. Keep grinding the trust/love stats of everyone involved in the questline and keep an eye on the left frame, it tells you everything you need.
