Language does indeed change and there are differing colloquialisms and dialects, which are acceptable, but incorrect usage is still incorrect usage.

Allowances can and should be made for typo's and non-native speakers, but not for consistent misuse by native speakers. Also, while allowances can be made for non-native speakers, that doesn't mean that mistakes shouldn't also be highlighted and corrected. That is how we learn and improve.

Also, your whole argument about expectations being too lofty is nonsense. The moment something is monetised, the expected standard increases.

The thing that I find most amusing, however, is that I wasn't even speaking about AVN devs. It was a general statement that there are plenty of people out there that, despite having completed higher levels of education, still consistently make basic errors in their native language, not just the "less educated", as the person I responded to had mentioned.

Translators are screwed, they don't translate like they used to and it became impossible to use translators to translate the game and translating it line by line would take me longer than developing the update. I'm training an AI to translate so I hope it gets better.

bro, 25 of those subscribers pay 1 dollar which with the commission becomes 50 cents. And for a solar panel I need 1000$ minimum just like with the batteries they don't support my Pc for renders. If there was a way to fix my situation, believe me, I would have done it. I just apologize for not reaching out as things got really tough here during those 5 months. We got to the point where we only had electricity for 4 hours a day and in other places they didn't have electricity at all.
Still, you have every right to be angry, so I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry for the off-topic. Not in all countries buying and installing solar panels is a simple story. If the developer is from Ukraine as far as I know not everything is so easy there, not to mention the geopolitical situation that country finds itself in.

I'm from Ecuador, if I had that amount of money to spend, believe me, I would have already invested it in solar panels.
It also had a lot to do with the fact that my old Patreon account got banned so I lost everything, I hadn't withdrawn any money for 3 months so I was almost broke that time.

I'm just using it, the other day I translated a game so I don't know much about it, but I'll leave you the link where you can download it and see for yourself. It's in Spanish (it's from the Spanish community). Just give your like to the creator of the program, that's all he wants (recognition).
