I'm not used to leaving comments on this site, but i have to say i enjoyed to update.
Especially that scene with

Now you could make a case that some of it felt rushed and there was alot of jumping back and forth between the girls and the fight scenes, but in my opinion you did managed to deliver a satisfying update considering how long it took to come out.

I really want to see the next arc of this story, even though it might take awhile due to the remake plans.

You may not believe me on this, but I actually wanted to show a lot more fights, or extend the fights, lol. But, I was having an internal battle of either cutting them out for the time being and releasing what I have now... or add them in, but push the game back even more... probably chosen poorly. I honestly wouldn't know.

Yeah, I believe you. That is very much going to be a 'stuck between a rock and hard place' situation. You probably made the better choice, people value content more than action, and being able to put them in at a later date means you can expand the game exponentially down the line and make forced replay actually worth the effort for the player.

Ohhhhhhhh, those??? Yeah, no... I can completely agree with you on the amount of ellipses used, lmao. I will definitely be removing a lot of them in the future, and will do better as well, lol. Essentially, learning from my mistakes, and making improvements where needed.

The complaint being made wasn't about the ellipses, it's about the pauses put in after each ellipsis, which forces people to click to get another couple words of the same single line of dialogue, sometimes multiple times. I think those are done with the Ren'Py {w} tag inside the dialogue line? Anyway, ellipses are fine if the characters should talk like that, but having to click more than once for a single line of dialogue is almost invariably bad UX, and if you're using it for effect, it should only be used very sparingly.

True, lol. I think there's a bit too much {w} going on... just a little bit XD. I've actually noticed it too and it kind of bugged me a little as well, but my mindset was still stuck on using them that I kinda just went with it, lol. I'll be sure to work and use them more sparingly!

I think some stuff was cut so it could be released now, the remake is gonna contain new stuff added as well and some things will also be redone so I'd say that you should wait for the revamps since you are gonna have to start from the beginning to get all the cu stuff anyway. I'm gonna wait for the remake and just play it then since I don't wanna have to replay it multiple times.

I think some stuff was cut so it could be released now, the remake is gonna contain new stuff added as well and some things will also be redone so I'd say that you should wait for the revamps since you are gonna have to start from the beginning to get all the cu stuff anyway. I'm gonna wait for the remake and just play it then since I don't wanna have to replay it multiple times.

I understand the hesitation since the game's gonna be remade, which I've stated before that not many would be too keen with the idea. But... I would still recommend playing it once, and then when the Remake happens, you can see what all is different compared to the current version, lol. Kinda like a before-and-after ordeal.

Just finished the updated story and I was floored. Way to leave the story there, man lol. Build up suspense for the next bit. Looking forward to the remake to see the new changes, but take your time so it isn't rushed. People may object, but there are other "games" on here to help them wait for it. Can't rush perfection. Haters gonna hate. But the folks who love a good story before the porn, they'll appreciate it, like myself lol. I'm just one opinion here, but everything was good in my eyes. But if you, the dev, says it can be better, then I (as well as others) greatly look forward to it. It's rare I comment on stuff unless something is so good to make me lol.

There were problems with shoehorning new characters right at the death and issues with the constant jump around of scenes during major plot points but I could honestly live with that.

Also, people should really think more before complaining about "cliches", cliches and tropes exsist for a reason, and that reason is that they work. People like them. The important thing is how they're executed.

Giving a girl you like flowers is one of the oldest and best know cliches, doesn't mean girls don't like getting flowers.

The majority of games on this website, and games in general heavily rely on the trope and cliches of their genres.

Defying tropes and cliches just for the sake of it, without anything better, and there's nothing ever unique, is just stupid.

That's my complaint, I didn't feel that it was executed properly. Not about Cliches in general, everything has been used once before and that wasn't the point of the statement. It is just coming across as contrived in order to create suspense and particular feelings for the next stage. It honestly didn't feel like a natural flow of the story to me.

Anyway, it was not an attack on the dev or whoever wrote that piece.
I'm just stating that I personally didn't get enjoyment out of that side of the ending whereas other sections of it were good.

I think Zenera was written pretty well, not perfectly, but pretty well. More so than herself, I think things surronding her could be handled somewhat better.

But yea, if Zenera needs to die, so do like half the immortals including MC.

honestly I would just ignore Pushpa. No one with such inflammatory takes needs to be given even the smallest amount of our time.
I'm not even sure they played the last chapter at all to have such a bad take on Zenera, so they either never read it or don't even care and are trying to start shit. on top of that anyone that has such an ego to DEMAND that a game developer and storyteller make changes to their own story that they "think" (I use that word loosely) will make it better are not even worth the time and breath it takes to tell them to piss off.

Dear 13th Sin Games. Story is good, characters are good, memes are good. Keep up the good work, excited to see what you make in the future.
