Alot of under the hood stuff; that's it I s'ppose. When they add a pregnancy mechanic that isn't a geegee then I'll care. Plus this game is buggy as fuck with an intro that's too goddamn long especially if you've played the game already. Just give the player a basic kit and move to the vault exit aao get rid of that fucking screaming during sex. Jesus is it jarring. At least give the option to turn it off or put some different squelch sounds.

Glad to see this game is back, I'll be waiting a few versions before I get my hopes up though
I don't know why people expect there to be a ton of new content considering all the turbulence they've had, didn't the lead programmer leave...? I'm not even sure it's more than 1 person working on it right now

Clearly they're fixing the engine up and whatnot, far more important than some buggy sex scenes in a buggy game
