For anyone curious or impatient, download cheat engine and you can crack the game over your knee VERY easily.
From my experiments, i've found that sex is the most efficient form of increasing relationship point
If you press space during interactions, you get their current value and is simply to change with cheat engine
This is particularly helpful with Alison as she just falls into a coma late game and there is no other way to raise her affection
Fair warning that some are linked to others and are want to change randomly, but that is ultimately irrelevant as there seems to be only a single ending i.e Lily the maid
My personal favorite is sharon's second secret sex scene which only happens at high affection
After she become Henrette's caretaker, go to the shady part of the market on a sunday
On the outskirts where you get contraceptives you will have the option of talking with sharon
With high affection grope her and she will ask if you want to go to a cheap inn for cowgirl sex
It's unironically the best of the sex scenes in my opinion
the game is good, but is missing certains like a harem ending/multiple ending which it FEELS like it should have
Let me know if there are, but I've looked pretty hard unless the Chapter 7 requirement of Lily at S rank affection changes

I disagree that it 'should' have a harem ending. I mean, I have nothing against harem routes themselves, but it would be very unexpected for this particular genre, since it is all about living under one roof with the heroine.
Many VNs have the premise of living together with a group of girls for various reasons, from the mundane (they're all your sisters/cousins/whatever) to the ridiculously far fetched (you inherited the position of manager of a female-only dorm from your grandmother and have to cross-dress to keep the position), so taking one of those premises and building a game in this style could be a way to take this genre and make it harem-friendly, but I haven't seen any game that did things like that so far.
Here, the devs clearly started from the idea of having one main heroine, just like in their previous title (1room) so I think it would be unlikely to change direction now. It would be interesting if the developers decided to go in that direction, but it is interesting for the exact same reason that it is unlikely: to my knowledge, no other game in this style had even a two-girl / threesome route, much less a full harem one.
To stay true to the genre, any additional girls would have to move in with you and Lily, and be integrated into the daily routine of the tavern and the main couple well before the ending proper, which could be challenging not just in terms of story but also in terms of game mechanics.
That would take a lot of work. Just drawing some static scenes for a harem ending would be simple enough but at that point its basically sticking a VN section at the tail end of a simulation game which would be just unsatisfying.

Anyone has a solution for all the sex scene bugs/blackscreens? (Already tried changing locale to japan, didn't work)

This please, I'm playing with the locale to japan and it softlocks me a lot when I tried to do anything BUT missionary possition lol
You have to change the time format to japanese as well. But the last patch (v1.0.5) seems to have resolved this issue.

Just checked. The new 1.05a version does indeed fix the many softlocks that were occuring when your system date format wasn't set to Japanese.

I feel like I'm missing something. I tried doing the day 2 guide, but you don't have enough money to buy everything in the guide. I get to the afternoon segment with ~500 gold left, and that's enough for one vitality potion, but none of the ingredients it wants me to buy. Is there some other source of money I'm supposed to have? The guide has you buying 3360 worth of stuff, but you only start with 2973

It seems you're confusing Vitality Potion and AP Potion.
Vitality Potion only costs 100. AP Potion costs 500.
That's why you're overspending by 400 - you're not supposed to get a second AP Potion.
