a bit disappointed honestly as i don't think helius is a good dev or employer as they lack proper ethics/morals for the sex/porn/h-game industry by adding forced multiplayer and micro-trans
but i get it everyone needs money to survive!!
Good for you for the job. I'm not gonna lie and said I'm a bit disapointed as a patreon once but, if I'm being perfectly honest, it's a smart move by PH to hire the guy that cracked your game. It means that persons knows what to do, or more specifically what not to do. If the goal was really to increase the security of the netcode, it was the right move. Good luck for the future, curious to see the source code once it's released.

That's not exactly true. Helius lost his lead concept artist recently after taking a 15 million dollar investment back in September.
Not to mention all of his support staff are volunteers, desptite the fact that a position like Pasix's can easily pull 40-60k with some experience, which I think he'd have by now. There's something to be said about him being a small start up, though with the investments and the patreon earnings he certainly has enough to be competitive, just isn't.
I'm not saying for sure he was screwing him on pay, but takes 15 mil and then loses lead concept artist over pay dispute still doesn't look the best.
Also he used that as an excuse to add the freemium stuff and time gated grind without bothering to pay any support staff, so he is certainly an opportunist if nothing else since it seems he doesn't mind them being poached.

They are bloody beginners overall if they wouldn't have Unreal they would achieve nothing
Looking at their first Unreal 4 work and progression time adapted to EPIC showed everything.
Only their Excelent Artist hold this Club of NOOBs really together.

pointing out the obvious ain't inspiring besides if i remember correctly some people who uses win 7 said mindflayer works in their pcs. seriously wtf is wrong with my system? I guess i will be burning in this stress volcano for awhile.

Able to get past that screen now but it would seem your right and they changed something on the servers since I get disconnected when trying to load a lobby....I wouldnt mind getting some packets for you if you can tell me how to do so!The keyword they used there made no sense, so they probably fixed it.
Having the most up to date version would be good, having it and some packet captures would be even better.
You can bypass the naming screen if you open save/012345_player.json and change "realname": "", to "realname": "TEST",
But I wouldn't expect much, there could be other changes too.
