At least with Wild Life they had the sandbox mode to make their own content while the devs focused on transitioning to UE5, this game just barely started getting new content again and people are ready to go back to no content for a long duration again. What makes it worse is that Harem mode already had poor performance and it took a while to make it decent, all of that is going to go out the window transitioning to UE5. I don't understand the active supporters lol. And didn't Helius just put up a post like a week or two ago asking if people wanted Dormitory mode? I figured an undertaking like that would be a priority, not upgrading the engine that you recently just barely optimized the game for.
Tuning into this forum every so often and seeing this game unfold is always entertaining lol. Helius and the people that continue to support him are beyond me.
If they transition to UE5 I will not be surprised if the performance ends up being piss poor and Harem near unplayable.

I just bought the clerk tier and receive the game.
Well, it's a game to grind for hundreds of hours. Almost you can't have all the sex scenes with all girls if you don't PAY.
Lootbox system is dumbshit, well, but it makes people stick with the game longer if you don't want to pay.
And suprise that the server always have online people (located in Asia here). And well, people exchange like and learn sex scenes from other (it's fucking weird tho).
Beside all of that, it's pretty good game tho. RTX 4080 here, DLSS off and everything run smooth. Graphics and animation is top notch to be honest. Girls are pretty, costumes are well made.
I hope this game won't get abandoned. 35$ is not cheap, but if they really put effort into this game in future, I think it's worth it.

Technically we're on the... fourth? Iteration of that loop with this project now. First the rebuild of Daisy in Summer to create the initial FD build, then rebuild that into OL, then rebuilding that to make it multiplayer and now (8 years later) rebuilding it in UE5.
Given that this was the very first adult UE4 game announced, which had a demo released almost immediately after they unveiled their new licensing, it's hilarious that it has gone on so long that they've decided a mid-project engine upgrade is a good call.
I would honestly love to see some stats on what percentage of Patreon subs (not just for this game) are users that didn't realise the payment is recurring.Maybe for you. I spent some time reading the thread for a bit of entertainment and noticed that there are a total of roughly ten recurring names(including you) that pop up every a few days throughout the year complaining about Denuvo and calling the game a scam. Well before you start lecturing me, the game is pretty solid to me and I have absolutely no interest in the stories you had with it and "how gud the pOrn iNdUstRy could be without them". I have more important things in my life than fap material and 35 bucks is the cost of my average meal.

considering the features UE5 presents, it makes perfect sense for a project like this to want to update to it.
But considering how little steam the development already has; springing this idea up now while only just having started making content again is once again a sketchy ass decision, in regards to patron trust in the project.
I'm no game dev, only a tech nerd. But considering how this "game" is just a glorified animation gallery, it genuinely cant be that difficult to update to UE5 right? Surely there is minimal conflicts between the two major versions for a project like this right?
No surprise if helius uses it as an excuse to milk patrons though. God forbid he actually focuses on getting an actual "game" out there.

To be honest, they just mad because no one crack the game and of course they can't play.
A game itself totally fine, 100 hours grinding awaits. We won't play porno game everyday. Update each month or maybe 2 is ok.
It's just 36$, well, not a cheap for everyone I agree but if a dude really spend 36$ for a porn game, money doesn't matter. It just people who doesn't pay anything and still talking/complaning like a victim and calling who purchased the product "sheep.
Remember AAA title like Resident Evil 3 Remake costs 39.99$ and they finished the game within 2 hours in the hardest mode. So Capcom is a scammer? Idk
Most of us that comment a lot in this thread have access to the closed beta, we just think the developer is shit and the game isn't going anywhere. It's fun to watch the trainwreck though especially when Helius is in panic mode like he is now.
Next major update, be it a UE5 migration or a half-assed gameplay loop, will be hilarious given that it took over a month for Helius to get a login system working and that was after a 14 month "rebuild." There's no way in hell he's implementing any meaningful functionality in the short to medium term.
RE3 is also a pretty weird comparison given that it actually has gameplay, is made to a much higher production quality and even came with a separate multiplayer game (not that it's really fair to compare a AAA studio's work to one amateur dev whose only prior experience is modding and translating illusion titles).

I'm actually glad that they got some of the discord mods replaced. The new mods are doing a better job and know that it's stupid to ban people only because they posted negative reactions.

1. Absolutely no point of comparison between those two, as someone mentioned above.
2. "Playtime" doesn't equal quality, specially if it's artificially extended with tedious grind. Starfox64 can be completed under an hour and it's remembered as one of the greatest.
Bottom line, it's OK if you bought a pile crap and are happy with it, but don't pretend to pass your pile of crap for a pile of gold; opinions don't transmute matter.
