can someone please tell me what scamlius is? sounds like a scam to me.
without any proof of what scamlius is actually defined as, i am going to assume its a scam of some sort.

this game has been in development for years on end with no official news on whether the game is going to release.
here is a question of pertinence, how long has this game been in development? i really would like this game to come out, and after playing the demo of the game i had anticipation and hype for this game at that time, but still seeing the release date "coming soon" on steam for the release date only makes me believe this game is just to mislead patrons, and i still believe the game is still possibly a scam. unless anyone else here thinks otherwise. this game does have potential amazingly, but the developers don't want to make the effort to finalize and release this game, my only guess is they just want to make more money off their game so that they can keep the game's development alive. having a patron page for this game is a great source to keep up to date on latest development updates, you will see beta releases for the game every now and then, but i assure you that you will not see any update about the game being officially released.

The way I see it the moment dev abandoned original fallen doll is the moment it lost any potential it ever had. Original one had some good ideas beneath it, and those ideas were similar to other management games which could work perfectly with the visuals current game has. If someone were to make something like that I'll gladly pay and buy it after it is released but alas no porn game "developer" seem to want to actually complete their game(those with decent graphics).
Since I basically lost all my faith in what I'd like to classify as "patreon game developers" I actually hope to see one day porn games become norm for even AAA game developers so I would be able to finally play decent looking, actually finished games but unfortunately currently industry is heading to the opposite way. Every dev(AAA) seem to prefer making women ugly(or censor them) on purpose just to make sure they don't accidentally hurt loud minority's feelings since seeing even a fictional hot, straight women who is also not a feminist is a big no no for a lot of them.

If you are expecting a completely different game with RTS gameplay and stuff you're looking at the wrong developer. They're not going to accomplish shit like that. If you just want basic porn then this game is already essentially released bar the retarded ass beta moniker.
I think people are getting way to caught up on "beta" and "release". We're very clear at this point what this project's direction is and Helius being able to suddenly multitask is less likely than every single person in this thread winning the fucking powerball simultaneously. The dude can't even find 5 fucking real life seconds tell his own employees and mods what the hell is up much less make an entirely new game mode, story, and more. He even cut his promised character releases down.
