Honestly in my time playing these "naughty" games Virt-A-Mate is head and shoulders above the rest.
To be honest it's not really a game. just a 3D animation creator and viewer. But in terms of quality and potential there's not really any competition.

Also It's VR so if you find the right scenes (or spend days building the perfect one for yourself) you can't really go wrong.

In fact fallen doll was the first X rated game I noticed (and led me to this site), but if you followed this thread for the past couple of years like I have or even attempted to play it you'll realise its never going to get any better and certainly not worth any money.
Fallen Doll once had potential but it really is a cluster fuck.
Download the cracked version have a fun (or a wank a couple of times) and then never boot it up again.

Did some more searching and these two VR games look real promising from the same Dev. Way more interactive then most VR games that are more or less just VR scene viewers.

gameplay is

• perform daily actions to get mid currencies
• grind sex experiments to farm likes (crap currency)
• then buy sex experiment gatcha grabs with one mid currency
• or buy actual sex experiments with the better mid currency
• then use your preem currency from subbing (TO PATREON) to unlock women so you can buy their sex experiments

its a four currency game
any more cash grabby and it would be mobile only

It was marked as abandoned here because nobody can crack it anymore so it is this thread that gets abandoned, not the game. The game is still being updated, the latest patch is 0.86.

I think the hacker known as 4chan did pretty much just that with that character that was added after 0.49 but there are no sounds, so I'm guessing they're separate, and the animations are a bit different in that one too. It's not all that easy
