damn I'm amazed by the people who ask or wait or find out how it's developing there, damn people, the game is of course beautiful on the fence but empty inside, look people probably 400+ pages chewed up that the game is seriously empty and besides beautiful outfits, models and stolen textures DAZ 8 there is nothing.
don't throw money at this tightwad but better buy some drugs from Wlms.

the thing about the supposed combat stuff as well is that they said that is being done by a separate team to the sex animation team but there has been nothing shown in the 2 years since they said that. 100% there is no other team.
Helius has been saying the campaign/gameplay elements are done, maps completed, voice acting all finished and so on since time immemorial.

Hell this BS predates the Patreon and you can find him back in 2015 when it was just called "Project H" (and even then the article notes that people were concerned about progress):
I believe that many players, not only gentleman players, are very concerned about the R18 game "PROJECT H" created by the Chinese people with the Unreal 4 engine, and the development progress of the game has become the object of concern for many people.

So where is this rare domestic R18 game now in development? Can you meet the full version as soon as possible?

According to the "PROJECT H" development team PHplusSTUDIO said that the current game's level design is completed and the scene construction has begun, but the crowdfunding platform mentioned earlier has not yet officially landed, and it is hoped that the players will not be deceived by people who are not using their hearts. In addition to the progress of the game, the production team also released an ancient design painting, which can be seen that the style at that time and the current demo are still a big gap.
I'd go further than saying there is no other team to saying Helius is the only dev actually working on this project, and he's just periodically contracting some work out for assets/animations. I think he did hire UniversalConquistador but afaik that was just to fix his shoddy networking which was using a rest API (lol).

This game. Way back in the thread somebody found that the models were just ripped from DAZ
This game makes pretty heavy use of stock assets, even for stuff like ux. I believe people have also found some of the non-character models like clothing and accessories on UE and other marketplaces.

Not sure if it's still the case but at one point the beta build was shipping with (unused) assets in \Paralogue\Content\Movies that still had shutterstock watermarks on them. I get that it's common practice in small projects but it is amusing when you see it in a game where the dev is claiming to have multiple teams including artists working on it.

VAM has zero original art assets. In the patch notes they literally stated what Genesis morphs and features they added. It's basically a more "playable" DAZ 3D.
then I take my hat off, I haven't looked at Vam in full, what resources does it have, but I often sit in DAZ 3D.

I subscribed to the highest Patreon tier for Operation Lovecraft: Fallen Doll at $295 and tried it for a day. Here’s my take:
Content: The game’s packed with H-scenes, outfits, and accessories. But unlocking them? Insanely expensive. Even with $295, I doubt you’d unlock half the current content.

Grind: There are 7 characters, each with a 50-level Research Pass. You’re capped at 11 levels per week due to limited EXP. Want to speed up? It’s 10 NEP per level (1 USD = 8 NEP). Tons of outfits and accessories are NEP-only.

Gameplay: No real story or engaging mechanics—just replaying H-scenes and grinding Research Points. Advanced customization (pubic hair, belly tattoos, etc.) requires grinding affection points per character. It’s painfully slow without paying for items.

Subscriber Count: Here’s the wild part—around 76,000 people are reportedly subscribed to this game’s Patreon tiers (not sure if they’re all at my tier or across all levels). That’s a huge crowd for something like this!

Is it worth it? Honestly, no. You’re better off watching 3D videos on sites like Pornhub or modding Skyrim for way more customization and fun.
Why did I buy it? I was hoping for a next-gen game with top-tier graphics, maybe even a 3D anatomy reference or model library. As a modder/creator, I see some potential in its assets, but standalone models like these aren’t much cheaper anyway. It’s got stuff worth studying, but the price is steep.
What do you all think? Anyone else in those 76,000 members feeling the same? Let’s hear your thoughts!
Am I understanding this right?: 75,663 Aristocrat subscribers a month. Each $295 a month.

So $295 x 75,663 = $22,320,585 a month (obviously not counting taxes or blah blah blah). Am I braindead and misunderstanding these numbers? Or are they really making over $22,000,000 from this game off the Artistocrat tier ALONE? Or are those subscriber numbers across all tiers? Screenshot implies that one tier...

I feel like I'm in a simulation, no way this is making THAT much money, right?

lol honestly at this point, I'm surprised those who have "bought" the game haven't just been posting gallery/ sex scenes of the characters in various outfits and such as a side hustle or for the hell of it.
I thought of making videos like the previous one I posted just to share scenes and stuff but I honestly just got bored. If I feel inspired then I might share some videos. The grind is also a huge barrier imo

Is this the latest vr update. I read they have a 8.5 but im looking for vr? and does it include the lounge mode?
On this Website? No, the lastest update is only available trough their Patreon.
The game has Denuvo and another layer of protection, some part of the data is hosted directly from their server.

They have to pay for Denuvo somehow

Those 76k supporters are some sort of total. I'm assuming it's the total amount of people that have pledged and may have stopped pledging in the meantime.

Patreon says 17k current supporters, across all tiers I think.

Still...the dough they are making could bankrupt the bread industry...
I'm so disappointed that such a scam is making so much money.

well to be fair, if any of us were making this kind of monthly income (especially in the current economics) , we'd never release either :sneaky:

Honestly, it’s a pretty steep price to unlock content that’s still incomplete. That’s one of the main reasons I hate gacha games. I’ll probably drop another $50-100 on this, but man, this game has nothing to do except grind those boring research passes just to get a few outfits I’ll maybe use a couple of times in-game. This cycle’s gonna drag on for a while, and even if they add new characters like Galatea or whatever, it’s not gonna make the game any more exciting.

I’ve said it before, I’m not into games with complex stories or high difficulty. Truth is, I’m pretty busy with work, and what I want is a no-brainer game with great graphics and attractive characters. Instead of just adding more characters, I wish they’d make the game feel more open and interactive—like letting us roam around, strike poses, or take cool screenshots.

I gotta say, I’m super impressed with fully modded Skyrim. If there was a UE5-quality game with Skyrim’s vibe, I definitely wouldn’t be playing this one.

The core systems are done as far as live service gacha slop goes so the game is ready to ship. They won't ship though, their Patreon scheme would get them in trouble with Steam. Gabe doesn't like when you use off-platform monetization since he needs that money for his knife collection.

If Patreon subs drop hard or they manage to get banned then they'll do a Steam release.
