Someone please help me, I can't find C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Paralogue\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor. \n to add r.Streaming.PoolSize=0 to Engine.ini.

I believe you need to run the game at least once before that file is created. Try that please Go into harem and gallery once as well.
If you did already, sorry, I've no idea what could be the issue.

No but I'll do screenshots
In your main folder, DON'T use "FallenDoll" or "FallenDollLauncher".
Instead go into Paralogue/Binaries/Win64/

Then start KiritoMod049. It should start a console prompt, and the game after a few seconds.

Then try looking for the file you were looking for in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Paralogue\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Also make sure to replace your username, so the path will be something like
C:\Users\vtt207\AppData\Local\Paralogue\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
if your username on F95 is the same as your windows user. I can't know your windows user.

The key cannot be extracted - the game code is encrypted by Denuvo. Modders use a different extraction principle - look in this/related thread.
