3: My guess is that this is to skirt Steam's censorship. Since the game hasn't generated profit on Steam, it's less likely to be banned due to it's content, especially given the current situation with Visa and Mastercard.

4: "no one could give me a clear answer" I think I already answered this in your previous post:
- Do you want to run around the map as the character you like? Then yes, you have to buy them separately. $35 gives you three base characters (Erika, Anya, Alet) plus enough paid currency (NEP?) to buy another one.
- Do you just want to fap at their sex scenes? Then no you don't have to buy the character. You can play their sex scenes as long as you have said scenes which you can get for free.

6: The girls have stamina, but according to previous posts in this thread, it recharges very quickly, so you don't have to wait a full day (Edit: You can still play their sex scenes even if they are out of stamina). There's also a weekly cap on how quickly you can unlock stuff in the pass. (Edit: Looks like there's also affection stat, not sure about the cap for this tho)

That's right, affection stat gives some bonuses, and at level 3 it allows the girls to grind for you.

Basically all the animations are just a ~2-3 second long loops

Wild life is like this as well yet its even more popular than this is, i honestly dont get it because the animations are terrible and look super lifeless and the facial expressions are for some stupid reason tied to the animations themselves (rather than them being dynamic). It's all so stale and robotic yet people praise it to the high heavens *shrug*.
say what you will about copy pasty illusion games but the older ones (honey select 2 / koikatsu) the animations were at least more lively
on koikatsu specially you can get a japanese plugin to add your own facial expressions so the women dont have just 4 whopping facial exppresions in total

well, BEFORE all the bullshit.

I didn't count the number of new characters or animations, but there are quite a few compared to the last build that was uploaded here. There's also a few maps. I won't deny the game started progressing a bit, there's a decent amount of 'content' now. My issue with this game is how you access the content. I personally have no interest in participating in the multiplayer mechanics, gacha-esque mechanics, daily login tasks, and all the extra shit that has no purpose in porn to obtain new animations, characters, and outfits. And since Harem mode is dead and you have no other means to unlock content, even in the singleplayer mode, you're forced into doing all of that. For someone that doesn't mind those things, this game is probably appealing. For others that aren't, or old supporters that bought the game before it went this direction, well now you understand the hate lol.

And yep, it does have Denuvo now, also all player progress is server-side. It was added in the build that came after 0.49. Before that it just had Easy Anti Cheat. So for those of you still hoping for a crack, it is extremely unlikely, and when this game eventually dies it won't be accessible anymore. Like Anthem for example.

Yeah the last thing I would want to do when playing a fucking porn game is think about how the other person playing with me may or may not be jerking off to my character or something
so the "multiplayer" aspect of this (among all the other things) is as appealing as dog shit on a stick.

this is based on a random sampling of vague memories of unverified conversations with strangers, so some/all of it might be totally wrong. but my current understanding is that, in addition to that initial $35, your only real options to get content in this game are:

1. pour a ton of money into the game ($200+) and get everything
2. pour a lot of money into the game ($50+) to get a handful of specific animations you want
3. consistently do the excruciatingly boring daily quests (which take 5-10 min per day) for several weeks in succession to be able to afford one animation at a time with F2P currency

i think i recall someone on the disc telling me once that the rate of return for buying individual animations with cash was complicated for some reason, but came out to like $18 apiece? something like that. honestly my brain just remembers the number being stupid and unacceptable, not so much what the actual number was.

Yep, that's one of Galatea's animations.

1. It's a gacha game, 200 might be enough but it most likely won't be, since it's all chance based.
2. That should get you a few character passes that unlock the gacha for their poses. If you get lucky yes, if not $ or grind.
3. I'd say around 5 min per day or just under 15 min every three days. One daily quest gets you 3 insights, you need 2 for one gacha roll.

Knowing the rate of dollars per animation is tricky because there's a lot of luck involved. And different Tier animations require varying amounts of duplicate currency. $18 seems on the high side but I wouldn't be surprised.

i just remember the big takeaway being that the game was completely impenetrable without a significant financial commitment, even using patient, free-to-play-out-of-spite tactics over a long period of time. no reliable way to obtain specific animations on demand, no efficient method of accumulating f2p currency.

which is a real shame, because i know of basically zero alternatives for 3d animations of that caliber. there are videos but nothing so interactable

This probably means after you get one of these the prices go up to 10 NEP for 2 insights so 10 NEP per roll.
If you are very unlucky, and you only get green (lowest quality) rarity duplicates, you gain 1 data fragment per roll.
This seems to go up by 1 per rarity, I think gold dupes are 5 but don't quote me on that.

The amount of data fragments you need for an experiment is as follows:
Green 20
Blue 40
Purple 60
Gold 80

$1 = 8 NEP, you need 20 rolls to get 20 data fragments so 40 insights, 200 NEP for that which equals $25.
That's worst case scenario for the lowest rarity experiment. Because per premium version of the character battlepass you get a handful of rolls too.

Now if the amount of insights you get is higher per NEP than what I assume then it'll be "cheaper".

But no sane person should buy insights and use the dupe currency to direct buy experiments. Only use the NEP on character passes and clothes.

I had saved around 500 insights for Galatea and I ended up using around 100 of them to get 22/24 experiments. I also had around 15 rolls for her specifically from the booster and the battlepass.

They're kinda boring too tbh. The animation themself is not bad but I just don't find them hot. Say compared to Talon, Erika or Cecila animations for example.

for me personally, the big issue is that i absolutely ABHOR the actual "gameplay" in this game. so if you can only generate value through gameplay, then i'm basically screwed.

i'll tolerate a lot for my bizarre pornography, but i'm not doing 5-10 min of actively unpleasant labor per day for weeks to get individual animations.
