Outsourcing is a common practice in game development, especially for art assets, so I don't get why that comes as a surprise to you. Some of the artists who contributed to this project are from South Korea and China where porn stuff are technically illegal so it's understandable that they do not want to be officially hired.

Oh it absolutely doesn't come as a surprise and I don't consider it to inherently be a bad thing, as I said it's the same model employed by most really small devs on projects like this. The issue is that Helius pretends that he is running a larger operation which very clearly isn't true.

I have been following another porn game with Denuvo on steam for over a year and nothing happened so far.

Yeah I'd love so too, i dont think theres any other game thats better than this one in terms of inmersion (for VR atleast). Only one that comes to mind would be VAM, but for newbies it can get annoying. If anyone knows about top tier games like this for VR that i might not know about, id love to try em!!

around 50% of Denuvo protected games weren't cracked until Denuvo is removed by the publisher. We are also not sure if crackers are interested in removing DRM of a small time online only adult game at all.

Nope. Nothing like that. There were games which busted at day 1 of release. Total War: Warhammer II, was the fastest busted Denuvo game ever (10h after release). Hogwart's Legacy busted within a week too. I can name more, but no need. To make it simple: As you mentioned correctly, "Scene" doesn't care to "bust" adult games, (especially ones that requires login into Patreon via Steam), due to online part/double drm (Denuvo/Valve), and "other" reasons. Plus only 2-3 hatters (coders) left behind (from 8).

How would that have anything to do with the ratio? I have been tracking crackwatch since 2020. Denuvo has been added to a lot of games you probably didn't know, and even popular titles such as Lies of Pie didn't get cracked before Denuvo was removed by the publisher.

The other user was trolling a little, the latest versions of this project do not have VR support. I believe the last VR build is the one available for free here from 2022 as this was one of the features that got dropped when transitioning to the gacha monstrosity that the title is now.

Tbh I'm not actually sure what features are left other than playing animations and some poorly conceived gacha mechanics... I'm sure VR will be back any day soon though, just like story mode and combat drill.

Actually I wasn't trolling at all. I genuinely forgot this "game" used to have vr support.
I've never played it in vr. What was it like? I've "played" vam and koikatsu/honey select 2 in vr. Is it same as them?

Last time I played this in VR it wasn't terrible in terms of ux, if anything it was cleaner and easier to use than those two titles. It was however very, very limited in functionality and content. I think this is because VR mode was limited to gallery in the build I was playing (probably 0.4.9) but I might be mis-remembering.

Yeah they're gonna add VR support for the lastest updates. I believe they were supposed to add it with the game upgraded to Unreal Engine 5. I dont know if they've added it yet but the dev said as of 2024/01/10 "VR support for Operation Lovecraft's harem mode is nearing completion. According to the poll results, we will launch the VR mode before dormitory and combat mode" so hopefully we'll get it soon, some gigachad cracks the fkin Denouvo and we can enjoy UE5 in VR.

Well im sorry to let you down but it seems thats not gonna happen any time soon my friend haha. If you research about the game, even on yt, you can see in which state it is rn. I believe our best chance is for someone to crack a build (and thats unlikely to happen) or for the dev to drop Denuvo (which i dont think is gonna happen anytime soon either)

i have been waiting for the game to still officially release and i still haven't seen that yet.
