I actually translated the game from JP and it works for some reason. Or it looks like it works. xD There are 2 chinese langauge options, that is what confused me about MTool.

Oh finally an update!
0.402 has some bugs that 0.41 was supposed to fix(which it didnt so we're at 0.415 rn) so hopefully they can fix it cuz 402 is a bit hard to play

it goes: 0.4(announced demo)->0.401(first version)->0.402(second demo uploaded like 2 hrs after 0.401)->0.41->0.415(the version we are at now) and 0.42 should release soon
Ah okay, thanks for the clarification, I am just confused why officially they update the page to 0.402 instead of 0.415 for being the last version

Mtool can work as referenced by another user and myself, scroll through previous comments or search for advent cirno. There also is a thread for BepInEx autotranslation or smth here.

Last time I tried Mtool using Bing as the TL engine gave passable results. If you want to use another engine, you can technically use this guide to get raw TL files, then feed them to Google Translate

the last english demo is demo version 0.34 everything after that including 0.401-0.42 are in chinese for now. Once they are confirmed stable(as in no bugs) BBQ will have them released in english. Until then we wait in anguish
