They might not be synonymous, but the distinction could essentially be boiled down to "is the sex between two women based on a romantic relationship?" In which case, you might as well go further on the hair-splitting and say a lot of porn of any orientation isn't "actually that orientation." Oh, sorry, that porn you like isn't straight because it's not romantic enough. It's just male/female intercourse.
Or is your distinction purely based on who made it?
Also, NBNL was lesbian enough for an actual lesbian to be interested in the game (and the original version before the rework) so... sure, it's "lesbian in nature." The dev could be a straight dude, bi woman, pansexual enby, again, I don't know, but who gives a shit as long as the content's good.

Hypothetically speaking... Tentacle3g is working on this game, and their last game was Sword Maiden of the Azure Dragon, which so far is pretty similar to this one. Sword Maiden's main character was bisexual, had lesbian lovers, and indeed it was part of the game to sex up your female companion to power up their stats. One of the endings is the main character having her own lesbian harem. Since you can (so far) avoid tentacle rape and the like, I can easily imagine an exclusively lesbian path. But if the content is similar, expect magical dildos and potions of futanari to play a big role.

Thanks for the straight (heh) answer to my question. Magi-dildos and dickgirls are fine by me so I'll just have to keep an eye out for the game to be in a more finished state then.

have you played cursed armor 1 or 2? or any of wolfzq games? their english is normal but if you say its bad then im not sure what type of standard you need lol

Can't tell you how many games I've downloaded with the fem protag and lesbian tags only to end up disappointed. I wish the tags could get "weighted" by frequency or severity so if there was minimal amounts of a certain tag it'd be easier to judge beforehand if you want to download content or not.

not so sure the game is still very basic only after hmm.. 1st arc? but its like onyl 3 maps... yet to reach lesb but the character of wolfzq, sword maiden of azure dragon and the mc is bia, does have lesbian scene and its 1 v 1 to threesome all female to mix.. as the game is fairly new yet to have lesb scene as of now

The girl model is nice, but so far it has way too little content. But depending on the dev working ethic it may be worth to patron in case the quality remains.

Meh. The aliens are eldritch not the order of God, Thor looks like a fuccboi and it bothers me completely, Valkyries don't look anything like the Mc either or are princesses hell Loki looks more like Thor wtf?
Gameplay is as grindey as a frigging MMO. I never played the azure dragon because it wasn't really my thing.

I'm not sure about Cheat Engine considering I've never got it to work on the few (very specific and not RPGM) games I've tried to mess with, but for RPGM I'd just recommend this cheat menu plugin thing for on-the-fly stuff like activating god mode, noclip/walk anywhere, and instant-winning (or losing) battles. Saves the trouble of having to have the separate Cheat Engine stuff open and try to work around the whole find-the-address-and-edit-it shenanigans.
I'd also recommend this save editor for RPGM stuff that makes it a little easier to edit stuff like hidden variables or switches, basically for being able to go in and unlock CGs in gallery or stuff like that. (All you really need is the .exe named "RpgMakerSaveEdit," the other stuff is for extremely specific usage that most users won't need to worry about.) It's a little handier than

have not played the game but hopefully there will be lesbians getting ntr'd from their girlfriend, because that is rare and it is hot.

According to Tentacle3g, there is going to be a path were you don't need to have sex with Loki to raise your "Fallen level".

Also he posted this a while back about the game:
