Hmmm from what I understand, the prompt says the exe cannot access the files for some reason. I would try and fiddle with your anti-virus or maybe try moving the game folder to another place and run it from there.

If you have a game in program files (and certain other default locations), which is usually what stuff defaults to in windows, it doesn't allow by default modifications of files and folders, which is a major problem for a lot of games. Best advice is always move stuff out of that directory and into a custom folder right off of your hard drive, like c:\games. Also helps you organize stuff better too.
