Hey, have you been looking at the script for Falling Stars 2?Will the creampies lead to some "forced early retirements"?? Only after winning all the belts of course

Dude, we're on version 3! If you feel like I'm taking too long to tell Aya's story, OK, that's valid criticism that I'll take onboard. But to get this upset over not finding out a major part of the story after only 3 updates? Come on. I think you're being a little unreasonable here. It's not like I'm leaving you hanging after 20 updates or something.enjoyed the game , would have been a great game but
1. all the "I can't tell you now" , "it's not my story to tell" , etc shit like that.. it's just fucking annoying...
2. since her introduction Aya , you've made quite the big deal of what happened to her, and I understood, it's not easy to talk about it etc etc, but having multiple people know about it, some mentioning they know and won't say, it's shit .. on top of that .. everytime you "decided" to tell the viewer.. you've changed your mind during .. it... , I think she had what ?3 ?or more chances to say .. but no.. let's drag on.... yea .. will most likely wait until I found out what the whole ordeal is... and then most likely put the game on ignore.. since that kind of story telling is annoying at best...
Take for example the 2nd to last chance... after the beatdown, "No don't talk now , recover"
the fuck? you need to tell me now since apparently it's a big fucking deal and I might get screwed over hard.. but no, MC instead of saying that says that they don't need to talk now.
Ok , fine, I can understand.. I guess.. being forced to .. but fine , then we have the last opportunity...
"bitch I can't tell you sober, I need to get shitfaced so I can talk"
the fuck????? really? fine... let's do it like that .. what happens next?
MC GETS FUCKING DISTRACTED... cause of course that happens.. fine , whtever.. we'll deal with the distraction and then find out , right?
no, get fucked player, you ain't gonna find out now, we're just going to drag this shit more so we can.. I don't know...reasons..
cause when the MC gets back , of course she is fucking sleeping, and when she does fucking wake up, what happens?
"we'll talk some other time"
yea no , fuck that homie... as soon as I'm finding out what happened this VN is going to ignore.
wouldn't it have been easier if you didn't taunt the player ?Dude, we're on version 3! If you feel like I'm taking too long to tell Aya's story, OK, that's valid criticism that I'll take onboard. That said, your views have been heard and I'm taking them into account. Just because I don't agree with how you put it across, doesn't mean I'm going to ignore them. Fair?
There is a hint feature. 'The Saki Report', which can be accessed in the day or the evening, is where you can speak to Saki and she'll tell you where to go next.I'm not entirely against sandbox, but it will nice if it have 'hints'. i.e. these actions to do. to progress story
which this is lacking.
I want to add many thanks for adding this feature! I was doing some serious grinding to try to progress the story ... wasn't having the affect of ... ahem ... a certain disgruntled poster upset about story development for my enjoyment of the game. No, and if you're ever unsure what to do next, go to 'The Saki Report' and she'll tell you where to go!
There will be. Right now, you're correct, the affection stats don't actually do anything specific, but I will be introducing stuff like sleep over events, repeatable sex scenes and possibly some short dates. So, is there a point to Affection?
It seems like what you would gain from an affection stat is shown by just doing the various events with the girls.
Am I missing something, or do the events not show up unless you have the right Affection level?
I totally understand about only doing this in your spare time. There will be. Right now, you're correct, the affection stats don't actually do anything specific, but I will be introducing stuff like sleep over events, repeatable sex scenes and possibly some short dates.
The reason they're not in already is that I make this in my spare time and keeping up with just the storyline events alone is a LOT of work! But I'm hoping to have a couple of these kind of things ready in V.0.5.
And, in case anyone's wondering, no, this will NOT mean a lot of grinding, I promise!
Alright, that's a good point. I'm finishing work on V.0.4. right now, so I'll put a note about the affection somewhere in there. Thanks for the feedback!I totally understand about only doing this in your spare time.
Maybe put a note somewhere letting players know Affection isn't used, or important, right now. That way you won't have people grinding Affection and wondering why nothings happening.
Not really a big deal, just a suggestion.
Keep up the good work, I look forward to future updates.
ok tgx for the replyNo, and if you're ever unsure what to do next, go to 'The Saki Report' and she'll tell you where to go!
Well if you insist, nyatd .Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated!
Thank you for taking the time to give me your thoughts! I'll answer the points that I can but I'm going to spoiler it, because I'm going to touch on a few plot points here.Well if you insist, nyatd .
This is based on a prior version I played before I dropped it, so this may have been outdated if, and only if, things had been reworked significantly since then.
Ultimately I think the story needs a rework. The reason why I dropped this game was because, well, I felt a disconnect between myself and the male protagonist of the Falling Stars story. It ultimately stems from the fact that the male protagonist of the Falling Stars story apparently had this whole arrogance, wrestling career and failed relationship behind him prior to the start of the story, and characters are giving him, and by extension, the player grief and drama over this. The disconnect comes from the fact that as a player, I hadn't done anything yet to deserve that. Sure it would make sense and be justified if the grief and drama came as a result from the player-controlled protagonist's actions, but I'm not really a fan of having to ultimately inherit this... malaise because of negative actions that the male protagonist took before the player started controlling him.
It would be so much better if the male protagonist of the Falling Stars story was the son of a famous wrestler, and that that famous wrestler may or may not have done bad stuff, and due to those severe allegations towards the famous wrestler, all the famous wrestler's offspring (such as the male protagonist of the Falling Stars story) were barred from ever wrestling ever. The revenge plot comes from the male protagonist of the Falling Stars story trying to overturn that ban, his knowledge of wrestling comes from studying and learning from his parent(s), and (at least) some of the characters would still antagonize him due to the whole "son of the famous banned wrestler" thing with the occasional or more than occasional story nod that yeah, this drama is unjustified coming from them. It would also leave the door open to the male protagonist entering the ring as an active wrestler himself in the future, whereas the game's story as it is prevents that possibility.
I'm not a fan of ex-girlfriends or ex-anythings in general because since they already failed the male protagonist of the Falling Stars story once, there's no point in pursuing a failure or simping over her. Stop making the MC a simp. I recommend excising that whole ex-girlfriend breakup drama nonsense and replacing it with a backstory that doesn't immediately torpedo a girl and make her undateable.
The girl at the start who is bothered by swearing and profanity; that quirk of being bothered by swearing and profanity is annoying rather than endearing. This isn't a Christian forum, and we aren't children.
Will this actually end? To be honest, no matter how you say it that its not an endearing character trait for her, the more I see her with this characteristic the more it is cemented that this is the only "interesting" part of hers. Which of course, to some people, may find very annoying and will get boring real quick. To be honest, the only time she's actually a fun character to me is anything and everything when she's not being like that. You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Well, with respect, all I can really say to this is that we're on V.0.3. and you can't expect all the characters personalities and backstorys to be revealed by this point. I personally think Saki has quite a few more interesting things about her than a dislike of swearing but if you haven't picked up on or appreciated any of them, then this is obviously something I will need to look at going forward, so thank you for bringing it up!I'm an unrelated party, but I'm curious on this one point you mentioned.
