I had an issue on Android where the boogeyman disappeared. Obviously that locks me out of several quests, as I need his items. Any fix?
Excellent art, but terribly buggy. Pip boy wont close, return to vault button cant be pressed, etc.

Well, this is strange... this bug has never been encountered during the testing. I'll go through the code trying to figure out what can cause it. Thank you for reporting.
Shift+C in v0.4.1 and Shift+P+O in v0.4. You might need to press it multiple times.
He will reappear if he's having sex with the Overseer's daughter, but only for that scene, then he vanishes again.
I have the same issue too. It happened around day 20ish after I bought the nuke cola.
