can't, dev owns everything on this game (if he altered daz assets) and no1 else knows what he had planned so once again no. so better spend that time making new game.
Unless a new developer obtains the rights to the game, by making a deal with the developer, reopening the patreon account and agreeing to give the developer a percent for a year and then nothing after a year or so when the game becomes fully his. Could learn the original developer's story ideas, get the character models, the unused renders . . .

I don't know why new developers don't do this. It would be the same as a new businessman buying an established store. That's much easier than starting fresh.

cause most of times only way to contact devs is patreon page and if that goes poof then no contacts.
