When you in save menu press c to choose load, no need to restart the game.
Fishing, first thing you should do is "save". my tips is fishing at night time that i see the percentage for 3 star fish higher in night time just using normal bait(second rate bait). then upgrade the fishing rot, i can say it just like invest gold until you can buy the max upgrade and then buy higer bait ,may be you could use for example 5 second grade bait 5 thrird grade bait depend on your stamina point (dont forget go with girl, if they lv up your sp incresed), my fishing spot for the first time is river at the church, there is 2 star fish(black salmon if i m not wrong) that u can sell for 500 gold each, higher price than sweetfish that u can sell just 350 each).
The count will be like this may be :
1 third rate bait cost 100 gold, if you buy 5 it will be 500 gold
catch 1 lv 1 fish price 150 each then, if you catch 5 it will be 750 gold
you still have 250 gold as interest right?
same like premium bait i usually buy 15 for 27000 gold, so in night time i have to catch 1 demon lippy for 30000 gold, so the rest of the bait is for my interest. just save and load and be patience ....LOL.

Number minigame in a nutshell: save before playing, play, get some numbers right, fail a stage, hit f12 to quit to main menu, watch unskippable intro credits, load save, rinse and repeat untill you clear all 4 stages. then save and do the whole thing again.
edit: OR you could just CE your tries in and give yourself 99 tries or something but i didnt do that because it got tedious to keep on editing it. which is probably ironic in my case since im constantly saving and loading for each try in the minigame i do?

I am sick of the damn casino who the fuck has time to fucking grind wins at a lousy fucking 100 chip limit? The casino is a fucking joke. I really think this dev Fushidara tei is a fucking sadist! Let's give shit rewards for the dungeon and not only give shit rewards let's make them have to pay to identify them! Let's make the casino a fucking sick joke and only let you bet up to 100 chips. Well.......most of my gold are from fishing (at the end of the game around 550k gold). i dont understand how to gambling to...soooooooo i just buy the chips and change it to the gift....LOL.
Or just do 2 dungeon lv 4 each day with marika (she could change card ability to lockpick) for 2 stright day (get 40 items) and sell everything to roxy (i forgot the name of that hot girl with google) to get 4 random gift. the day after do fishing for 2 stright day (you can change the day to white day at the end of the game right, just buy it from sebastian). And repeat it again.
My rouge just used 7 gift (3 def bost, 2 atck boost and 1 hp bost) along the game. the others i gave to girls....and still can beat the game. U dont have to overworked for gifts....LOL...i think the enemies and bosses are not too hard. Gils are the most important.

theres odd even, ones place and straight up, with each having their own chip cap 100,300 and 999 respectively.
getting the right number on straight up with max bet is very satisfying to say the least.

I can see the potential of a sequel there are still some lose ends with the church and the ugly bastard nation and pretty sure the daughter will seek revenge and based on the story so far I feel like your mom is the former maid of Miria considering she mentioned how rouge looks similar to her maid and your mom also used to work in a noble house until she get kicked out which she assume is because of the baby but that might just be her assuming it was the baby and no other reason.
Yeah so absurd.. even on betting only on 3 you can only bet 300.. wow.. what crap gambling that is.. other games you can bet as high as you want when gambling.
