In other games there's a always gesture for hiding the dialogue box when you swipe down your fingers and option to adjust the transparency of the dialogue box ( I cannot seem to see scenes because of the big ass dialogue box and i cannot seem to hide it)

As in most renpy games to hide the text you hit the H key and then hit it again to bring the text back.

I get what you mean to an extent. I still have to replay the game and get caught up to see for sure. But the impression that I've gotten so far from some of the comments is that Sid and Eve act as if you either have to be a full bottom or you're "selfish". I'm down for sucking some lady dick, but am not into receiving anal. Heck, I'd even toss their salads, but I'm just not into being anally penetrated. It's not so much a matter of selfishness as it's a matter of what I am and am not into or personally comfortable with. If either of them get overly upset or cold with me just because I'm not into taking it in the ass then that is going to be pretty disappointing.

I saw that challenged this idea. There are levels of interaction. There maybe more games with this option but I don't remember now. Also people forgot about power bottoms. So a trans/futa character can be dominant bottom. So far I saw none.
