F_Dot is a cool guy, not everyone would do that.
Someone could use Mia's model. Or Ellie's, since it's hard to find similar girls in other games, I even tried to warm my heart but without success.

Since there is no hope the game comes back, my pet theory is that Ellie was the MCs child with Olivia and not his friends child, especially since MCs friend seemed to not be very involved with her, plus she doesn't look much like him.
