It used to not be possible but since the rework you can get pretty much everything in one playthrough, with one or two exceptions.

is it just me but on the android ver, after the keren bj at the club, scenes become super choppy and laggy? i'll keep playing but every scene past that bj has been like a very slow slideshow

This game needs an overhaul on the sentences. You set the relationship to son of Steve and brother of the girls and Kurt, but then we get weird lines like "Keren is Steve's daughter" instead of Keren is my sister or "I got a call from Keren, the daughter of my father Steve" instead of I got a call from my sister Keren. It just doesn't make sense and that's a huge turnoff for me. So if this happens in the first 2 minutes of the game, I cannot even imagine the rest of it.

The script doesn't adapt to the relationship you put like you're thinking, also the original relationship was uncle/nieces not brother/sisters, so Steve is MC's brother with his children being nieces and nephew.
