My Husband accidentaly released the backer version two weeks ago, we fixed after two hours but you should have downloaded it before.

I'm real sorry about that, as much i wanted to more people have acess what i'm creating, i need to respect Backers i can't release that quick.

Last time people pirated it i had a real bad month, and it's is starting to recouver now.

I downloaded the latest version after not playing for a couple of months, and (using my previous saves) it seems the hint system in the non-VN mode (in the 'stats' screen) doesn't work properly:

The progress hints at the bottom appear when hovering on a 'golden' name with repeatable events. But for all the other characters the names are white, and no hint appear when hovering. And no hint for the main quest either. So I really don't know what to do or where to start.

It's not too big a deal I guess, I'll just switch to VN Mode. But I was wondering if I was the only one with this issue (I'm sure I used cheat at some point, that could be what caused this), and if not, whether it's a known problem/being worked on (It seems many people prefer the vn mode, so it could be low priority.
Personally I would probably play on VN mode but I'm a bit afraid of missing some content, and so far the hint system made the sandbox mode fine from my perspective)

Can confirm all the names are white now, but I still got hints on the characters that had stuff.

No, you Don't lose any content on vn mode at all.

As for the white names on stats it's because now they are clickable, but you can still hover around to look for the tips.

I realize they are clickable, what I meant is: when I hover over "golden" names ("done" characters with repeatable events), the tips are displayed fine.
However all the other names are white, and hovering over their name turns the name color to black, but no tip is appearing near the bottom, where the text should appear.

I don't know if I'm the only one affected (in which case I must have borked my saves or my locally stored data) or if it's the same for everyone.

Anyway thank you for answering, and thanks for the game, I like the MC having the opportunity to have fun with both beautiful women and effeminate men
(Futas I guess, though it doesn't seem right. Is there an acceptable descriptor that could encompass them all these days? Feels weird to call Yumiko a 'femboy', and 'sissy' is generally perceived as a pejorative outside of bdsm roleplay, right? And I'm sure they're not all trans women... Moving on, hopefully nobody gets offended, my point was I enjoy these LIs)

Delete the folder family trouble at the renpy folder inside the appdata/roaming and the game will run smoothly
