In order to not do a double post, in general:

I've played into the new update a bit and I am wondering, what is the point of a foursome when you only see what one couple is doing all the time and at best you catch glimpses of the other two in the background? Also, some of the English could use some work.

Yes and No. The choices and the dialogue is there, but the actual bestiality scenes are missing. You get the prompt to spy on your animal fucking daughter, but it goes black and you see missing image on top.
