I'm having the same issue too. I started a new game to see if maybe there was something busted about old saves but even then in the prologue you don't have the option of a foursome. Seems like the game's either busted or a ton of choices have been cut out.

Yeah, ton of choices cut in fact the last couple of episodes have lots of progression missing I have older versions with much more content

Initially i had the same problem missing choices. Now this is a weird one if you activate hints then the choices reappear.
Now-now let us not go that far, remember, we play both the males in the game, lol. I would to have the son fuck his mother behind his father's back. cucking him and his father fucking son's girlfriend/wife behind his, cucking him(or they can swing, but that would be boring to me, i am more to the keep it hidden kind lol).. Basically they cuck each other and the sisters/daughters are free for all. Or they both can fuck them.
Fixed the issue by enabling hints and other options in preference menu, weird bug but i was able to view new scenes except golden shower with kiara.
what happened to the Tyras (bestiality) scene/path? I feel something strange and play again to see, his scene with Franzi is gone!!!

deffo not an American. One year it got really hot really early in the spring. I went to the local appliance shop and I wound up out at night with half a parking lot full of AMERICANS who weren't gonna wait another damn DAY for that precious cool air. Gotta turn on hints in the options for additional options to reappear. Bizarre but it works again.

Besti... content is now "off" by default. You have to manually turn it "on" in the preferences. And it seems you need the SE edition, but I am not sure about that.
