First, check whether you must have the G3F figure or the gens selected when loading the asset.
If you don't know which, try both. See if it works.
Then there's the problem with multiple shells.
Head back to the folder where you have the gens (on your Content Libary) and see if there's a file called "shell fix" or something like that.
Double click on it and it's done. If that's the issue, it'll work.
