All Fantasy Dating renders suffered from de-saturated color due to improper color space assignment while exporting them to another image format. I fixed this issue in all of the renders and decided it was time to release them into the wild. No significant edits have been made to the dialogue, choices, or variables to prevent introducing new bugs.

This is my final farewell to a project I put a lot of thought and sweat into. I learned so much in that time and since. I hope all players enjoy viewing the renders as they were originally meant to be seen.

Changelog:

• Fixed the incorrect color space issue on all 700+ renders.
• Re-exported all renders to WEBP format at 99% quality. The total file size was reduced by 60%.
• Removed baked-in effects from flashback renders and modified them via Ren'Py instead.
• Fixed the lack of flashback effects for the First Date.
• Truncated the outro section's text and added some concept renders.

Installation Instructions:
Extract the files and run the launcher in the first folder. 32-bit systems should use the executable (.exe) with the "-32" suffix.

*Note that I don't have an Android device, so any ports I create may have minor display issues. However, they are otherwise functional. Any feedback on usability would be appreciated.

I would say this release represents a complete first act, but the entire story was intended to be much longer. Unfortunately, I can't afford to continue production on Fantasy Dating to its completion at this time, so it will remain unfinished.

I'm glad you liked Fantasy Dating and I hope you and all players can enjoy what's available. Make sure to stick around after the credits start rolling to see some concept art.

Production of this project has ended indefinitely, and will not receive any further updates for the foreseeable future. I just wanted to give my first project its last hurrah by fixing some of the glaring issues so I could finally set it aside and move on

It would take a lot of money and time to resume production which I don't imagine being possible for years from now. For all intents and purposes, this project has been cancelled and is unlikely to ever return. I wish that wasn't the case, but reality is what it is.

This game was cancelled a while ago and this recent update was a "final farewell".

Dang. I had played this game a few years ago, but then kinda forgot about it. Until recently, that is. I have been remembering bits and pieces of it. A bar. An elevator. A kid who needs help. Not much to go on, but adding [abandoned] to the search parameters unfortunately made me find it.

Oh well, at least I found it and see that the dev is still around, even though real life shit is getting in the way of game development.

I really saddened Alboe's games didnt pick up any traction. The porn game "industry" is very limited when it comes to the things that get you a lot of money, and if you dont stick to that you wont get to make this you "stable" job.
