Different games by different devs. Both use the same models that were originally made by Cally3D. Cally3D allows any of their models to be used for commercial purposes so long as the models themselves were properly purchased by said creator. That's why you're seeing these models in multiple places. That, and as time has gone one people are making tweaks to the models, and sometimes outfits, and to go back to your original question, neither of them are an "original." Just 2 different devs who decided to use the Cally3D models for their project. Although the one you're referencing seems to be doing away with the Cally3D models in pursuit of using some of their own with a very mixed reception if we're being kind about it.
