Also a hard question to answer. People want agency over every single action in the entire game, but it's next to impossible to have a cohesive story like that lest we want to make a million different branches. So we have to draw a line where you have/don't have agency. With that said though, we do want players to feel like they have some say in the matter. So I'd say it depends on the context of the lesbian scene in question. Lest it's meaningfully connected to the story we will most likely give player the choice to avoid it.

On some level we do want many sex scenes to have a level of significance in terms of story. So we have to be very selective on where we want branches to be made.

I know this was a very non-answer, but the best I can say is that we'll try to give players the choice to avoid specific content. Just know that you won't be able to avoid all content that exists in the game. Some content will be unavoidable.

Absolutely nothing in this game makes sense, unless the MC is related to Melissa and the others. Until the developer fixes that, this game is just one hot mess.

I liked the hot attorney/?lawyer, but Jeremy was an instant turn-off for me. EXACTLY the kind of moron that I do my best to avoid in Real Life. I'm also not too interested in playing useless wastes of carbon whose only philosophy is "Music and Partying are my Life, Man". These are usually the ones with NO Talent whatsoever.

Good luck with your game, but so far other than Meredith, there's nothing to hold my interest.

But back to your earlier comment. Yes, that is definitely a way to do it and it's even why we did exactly that with FF which had written in variables and an off-site patch. And as I mentioned prior, we might do the very same here. But we'll see how we move forward.

Tried it since i liked FF, but gotta say the writing is just sooooo laggy, stretchy,boring AND repetitive....its like reading paragraphs of text only to realise that most of it are just useless and has no use in progressing a scene/story. For example we get a HUGE infodump right at the start about the history of the city from a guidebook (lol who even reads that?) even if its important for the story can't the dev find a better way to make the history of city interesting rather than reading a guidebook. I don't remember the writing this bad in FF, but the writing needs to be concise and on point when it comes to writing a mystery. Huge walls of text only takes the reader away from the story and characters. Just my 2 cents since this is a letdown compared to FF.
