The game itself doesn't have a virus; it seems that when they cracked the version, they moved something that triggers antivirus alarms.

False positive. Game have DRM, DRM need to be cracked and cracks are often labeled as virus by antivirus beacuse they work in similiar way to virus.

Then this is a first because i played DRM games and there my security did not detect anything, weird i guess i try again some other time or buy the game directly from the creator.

Just run that's all. If you scary use sandboxie (for this is not necessary, but it good practice anyway).
