This was one of the first Renpy games for me years ago. I spent a lot of time playing. Alas, It has become two big to download again and two repetitive for my taste. Still, I am interested about the story progress with the characters which I remember. May be there is a link to CG`s of the last several updates? Or may be some kind fellow will tell what is the current plot or, in other words, "the sex scene progress" with Monica in the main routes in the office, shiny hole, Victoria, Melanie, Claire? Does Monica the same unbreakable bitch who make pikachu face when someone uses her? Does all animations still have the same speed? Will be greatly appreciated.

in early 2000 I was waiting for 35+ minutes for 3Mb on Napster for my favourite song... It was not a problem to wait because I loved what I was downloading.

Yeah so? I loved this game years ago, but as I said it becomes too repetitive.
Have you played the game? Here, you don't need to read to understand the gist of it. Every situation is the same. One person blackmails another. And Monica always reacts the same.
I've been playing the game for a long time. Tell me, has there been a continuation about the Farm (besides that one visit to present the “distance learning program”? Or maybe that option from the first part has become active when Monica immediately chooses the Farm?

Nothing new with the farm since then other than in the Julia ending. Monica only sees it from afar though, she hasn't chosen to go to the farm yet.
Those options like the one to choose to go to the farm in ep1 and ep2 that are labeled "To be continued in further updates" doesn't mean that you will be able to choose those options in the game at that point in the future. It means at some point in the game and in Monica's future she will make that choice. All the farm content whatever that ends up being will all be in ep4. Which we have been told is the final episode of the game.
You probably stopped at EP 2. Dev is currently working on EP 4. Returning to the game as it is now will not make it any less repetitive. There will probably be a future version of EP2 stripped of most of the unnecessary grind.
I suggest waiting to play this game. You can also play the game the "easy way", but you will have to find out for yourself, e.g. by reading the opening post or the FAQ
This is true and will until the end of the game. Some like it others don't.
I, for example, have stopped playing and am patiently waiting for the end of Monica's story.
