The dev doesn't answer in this thread, but in general it looks like your question should be addressed either to SS tech support, or (if there is no help there), ask the dev himself in his discord (if you have a link to access the server). As a last resort, you can write to decentmonkeybox@gmail.com

i can't figure out. have you paid to decentmonkey (good choice)
or have you just downloaded the game from here
and try to unlock them
then you should explore OP some more
you probably miss this Activate Extras 2
also read the FAQ
i think you have clicked something you shouldn't click on
this 4 episodes you just need to unpack and add the cracks, since you have downloaded the extra versions. then click start.

We've already established Episode 2 has issues on Windows 11. I gave you the solution I used to actually play the game, sorry I can't help you anymore than that.

I downloaded from OP here and Activate Extras. I'm careful about clicking on random things since a game I downloaded a few years back had a virus attached to it.
I'll try to open my account and try going straight to Decent's page to see what happens. Thanks again for your response.
