episode 2,2,18 is different than Episode 2.1 v0.16 Extra 1080p? Can I just play episode 1 then Win x32 (v0.18 Extra) ?

Think about it like this.

Ep1, with 5 releases, was the first 5 chapters of a book.
Ep2.1, with 16 releases, was the next 16 chapters of the book, and took us to the end of chapter 21.
Ep2.2 is chapter 22 onwards. with 2 releases we are now at the end of chapter 23.

Do you think the story will make sense if you read the first 5 chapters and then skip to chapter 22 & 23?

Thank you. That make sense. The name is confusing. I thought 2.1 and 2.2 is name of the version. Like usually its 0.1, 0.2 and so on

so if u shall blame someone 'blame the renpy developers

It's not about blame, it's about asking for help and displaying the problem in detail almost a week ago and getting 0 replies.
