You'd probably need multiple save files from someone who's played through every possible path, as well as all the decision branches that are mutually exclusive. Given that most people only play through paths that appeal to their tastes, that's going to be hard to find.
If you want to click through the scenes that are blurred out on your save, all you need to do is go to the /game/images/slides folder inside your Fashion Business folder (in Windows, anyway), find the relevant image and click through the scene. You won't get the accompanying text or music, but it'll let you see the scene. Might require a bit of effort though, because there's 22,112 pictures in that folder and you need to find the right ones to match the blurred images.
I use an image viewer with dedicated thumbnail support (FastStone Image Viewer) for this, because Windows sucks at thumbnail handling/viewing size when thousands are involved and FastStone stores a cache (after initial processing time) of higher resolution images, then lets you browse through them much faster than Windows Explorer. I use a 4K screen, so I really appreciate the difference.

But I'll probably never understand people who don't play the game but open the whole gallery. What's wrong with them? No, I understand when some of the FB game content a conditional player deliberately doesn't go through (like slum prostitution or VIP Escort), but when without playing the game people want to open everything at once... I guess I don't understand such 'players'. Grumpy mode is off.

Thanks for that. Worked well for most scenes, but I occasionally ran into an uncaught exception error on scenes I hadn't played through. Not all - just some. Referencing the modified Achievements file may have triggered it, going by the context.

No real problem, as asking it to try and continue several times from the error screen bypassed the error and let me continue.
Especially when the Gallery only shows a selection of the scenes, rather than all of them. People who don't play the game will be missing several good scenes.

It's hard for me to tell, I didn't get any such errors (exceptions). I checked on missing scenes from the VIP Escort storyline, which my Monica didn't even start. Everything opens without errors. But here, of course, we need to look at the source code of the game and analyze the saves/persistent files (this is not my area of expertise).
The in-game FB gallery shows all the scenes that exist in the game. The only thing that sometimes you can not see there are some dialogues that precede the start of a random scene. But such "lost" dialogues are quite few.
I have not been lazy now and compared the number of scenes that shows scrappy mod and which shows in-game gallery, fully unlocked. I was comparing it using Episode 2 v 16 (1080p Extra) as an example.

And yes, now you know why the scrappy mod for FB annoys me. If you do something, do it to the end, but this dude clearly doesn't understand that and keeps releasing his crooked mod, believing that he's unlocked every scene in the game. No, "scrappy guy", you couldn't/won't open ALL the FB scenes.

I hope for a pregnant path, too ... could change her life to worse or to better (after she gave birth).
But Era is probably right.
It would make the game more complex (as long as pregnant path is no exclusive path like revenge path) and slow down progress with other routes. And as far as I've seen, there are no games out there featuring an optional path of mc getting pregnant and live with it for a normal amount of time and experience the consequences after birth (well, having a baby and the need for visiting the gym to get the old figure back ^^ ). Pregnency is mostly part of hentai games where a monster/an animal impregnates the girl, she gives birth minutes or a few days later and we never see the child again and the girl doesn't have signs of former pregnancy on her ^^°

Have been reliably informed it will happen in the sequel. Fashion business 2 New Life with stretch marks.
.......& that's about as realistic as it gets in most games. Pregnancy is a sexual fantasy mainly for boys/men who've never made a woman pregnant in RL & for me it detracts from every game where I've ever encountered it. Given Monica's personality, were she to become pregnant, her first thought would be, "How do I get rid of it with the least amount of fuss?" Surely nobody believes that deep down, she's the motherly type?
