thanks a lot man for all your help, here is my sav from episode 2
From the screenshots, your save file from episode 2 is OK. However, questions still remain. Several of the storylines (Office, Photoshoots, Philipp, Julia, Revenge Path, VIP Escort) are highlighted in white in the quest log, which means that you have NOT completed them. Try completing them completely (except the Revenge Path), save the game and start playing episode 3 using your save from episode 2. Also your Monica is in Marcus' prison cell in the process of an unfinished quest. I'm not sure if there's any of that content left in episode 3 and there might be an error because of that. So complete this "prison quest" in ep2 and then save your ep2 game in a "neutral" location like Monica's house (in the basement).

After transferring your "final" save from ep2 to ep3, your quest log should look exactly the same + new quests. So obviously something was done wrong, since in your previous post (where there was a screenshot of the quest log from ep3) a lot of those storylines weren't there.

After that, quit the game (ep2) and copy the entire save folder from episode 2 to the ep3 game directory.
\FashionBusiness-EP2.1-v16-Extra-pc\game\saves\ -----> \FashionBusiness-EP3-v6-Extra-pc\game\
If the system asks if you want to replace the files, agree. Once you have finished copying, start episode 3 and load your last save from episode 2. If after loading the save, the game will ask you to answer the questions, answer them (questions appear if the player has not 100% completed all storylines in ep2).

If/when in the process of answering the questions the game asks you to choose between the Main Plot, the Marcus Training and the Revenge Path, choose the Main Plot option. After completing the whole question answering process, open the quest log, it should be the same as on your two screenshots from ep2 + new quests will be added. If the game doesn't ask any questions and lets you play straight away, open the quest log anyway and check its contents.

I have a suspicion that the trouble with the incorrect game progress transfer may somehow be related to you trying to start the game in episode 3 from the save file where Monica is in Marcus' prison cell in the process of an unfinished quest. Please read my post above again, I have updated the information. Regarding the "prison quest", why did you think there would be final credits at the end? Apparently you have the usual Marcus quest, it ends with Monica being set free and you can continue the game. Only Revenge Path ends with final credits (both in episode 2 and in episode 3).

I'll just chip in here. jeananonymous is correct. There is a final credits after the second prison visit in episode 2. I've also been getting some buggy results when I load a save from ep 2 from the second prison event with Marcus. What I suggest jeananonymous does is when starting ep3 when either starting the "main plot" or "Marcus's training" load the save you made just before entering the prison the second time in ep2. In my experience I've found the save transfers fine without any buggy behavoiur.

It does look as if you are loading a save into ep 3 with a save from ep2 that hasn't completed many events from some other paths. I'd suggest you go back to ep2 and continue ep2 from your save just before entering the prison the second time. Finish all the other paths events then come back and do the second prison visit as your last event in ep 2. Make sure you make a save before entering the prison. You can then either playthrough the prison event again or just load your newly made save outside the prison into ep3 and start with "Marcus's training". Either way you will need to use the save you made outside the prison for your new ep3 playthrough. This way the new Marcus scenes from ep3v6 become the first event of ep3. After finishing the Marcus event you will be able to continue with ep3 as if you are starting ep3 from the main plot tab.

It would be nice to simplify this somehow. Ideally, it would be good to make the content with the 2nd visit to Marcus from episode 2 be also available at the beginning of episode 3 (if you select the option after answering the questions) and then continue training with Marcus (Ep3v6 content). However, I'm not sure DM has time for that.

I have a question: do you remember if Marcus' Training quest ends with the final credits too or not? (in ep3). So far I've only gone through the Marcus content ( Ep3 v6) once and it's in my memory that there were final credits. I went through it through selecting the New Game--->answer questions--->Training with Marcus. But if you load the save file from the DM site, there in the final Marcus quest Monica ends up on the street outside the police station and the game continues.

but as far i know it's a game end like there was 2 game ends in eps1
I agree, it sounds logical. In fact, Training with Marcus in episode 3 is the same "no-return path" as the Revenge Path. Аnd both of those paths (at least for now) cannot be built into the main plot of the game.

Yeah I agree with your point from your first paragraph. The "Marcus Training" event in ep3 doesn't end with a "to be continued" or "game over" credits roll. At the end of the event it leaves Monica outside the prison for the player to continue her adventures. When Monica enters her room in the basement it automatically drops the tail she was wearing as a cat under her bed where her butt plug was kept. This occurs with a fresh "Marcus Training" playthrough or one from a ep2 save. The Marcus events don't seem to be a totally different path from the "main plot" like the revenge quest is. Looks like it is designed to be played "optionally" as part of the "main plot"

I was never a fan of Decent Monkeys decision to split episode 2. I just think it causes to many problems and a lot of unnecessary confusion.

What do I do?
The only thing I can suggest is make sure you are using a save from ep1 from when Monica is in her bedroom in the basement right at the end of ep1. If you have already done that and are still having this problem then I'd just start a new ep2 game without any save from ep1 and answer the questions with your choices made in ep1. The only difference in not importing an ep1 save is that monica will always wake up with Julia's panties on in the early stages of ep2.

Edit- Just noticed you are using a compressed version. You should just start a new ep2 playthrough with no imported save file and hope for the best. The compressed versions are always causing issues with this game.
