Where to put the save files
The quest to send Monica's secretary to the slums is so far only one, and the VIP Escort storyline and this quest are not mutually exclusive. if your Monica is bitchy enough and you're not trying to save her some decency (as some players do), then I suggest you let Monica dive into the world of VIP Escort, because this storyline is very fun and contains many interesting quests and sex scenes.

If we talk about the entire list of options currently available to the player (Ep3 v8), including those that appear after Monica selects the "Undress and sit on the table" and "Call the secretary" option, here they are:
Monica giving Biff a blowjob is the last casting event available in ep2. The sex scene and secretary stuff all starts in ep3.
Without looking I bet the 7th is a Monday.
It changes with every update obviously.
I thought the update that had the Alien invasion was a beauty. The renders of Monica battling against the Aliens in her whore outfit still gives me goosebumps.
You're right, and I especially loved the moment when Monica and Melanie were brutally fucked by the Predators who had come to hunt the Aliens. It was the best update ever.
