To clarify, I never insinuated Monica was the boss. I mentioned Monica being the manager. Because that's what she is. What I love about the escort route is that Monica's stabbed all the other escorts in the back by nominating herself for (and claiming) the managerial position. As far as I recall, Steve had cautioned her that no client should leave less than satisfied. Imagine the other girls doing just that, intentionally not servicing the client properly. I see your point about promotions dragging Monica deeper into trouble. Wouldn't say I'm fully opposed to it. However, I would rather Monica be the lowest rung on the ladder--the cheapest hooker on the street corner, for example.
