If you mean is there a path for Monica to not be bitchy by nature, there is no such path. However, you can (in a limited way) influence her bitchiness by making certain non-bitchy decisions. You can read about this and more in the FAQ. (1.1.2 & 1.2.2)

I had said it time, I was told that the boy had abandoned the translation.
I don't remember the exact point in the game (I haven't played episode two in a while...), because at the beginning it's fine, then the audio goes out of sync and you can't understand anything anymore.
