I recommend reading this FAQ, it has all the answers. There are a total of 4 episodes in the game, the 4th (final) is in development, updates for it are released about once every 8-9 weeks.

in the last line change false to True

this is much easier than installing those gallery mods you can find here
and gallery are ingame in left upper corner and looks like a diploma

As far as I know, the in-game gallery is only in the updated version of Ep1.1, which can be downloaded on the DM's patreon.

ep.1 = pure hell for whos avoid grinding. just suffer it till 2nd half of ep.2. After it will be straight plot (several plots) game

just remeber that ep 1 and begining of ep2 is ~7 years old and started on rpgm engine.
