This error may be caused by data corruption (read error) on the disc. This error is not necessarily related to physical damage of HDD/SSD sectors and can be a logical I/O error. So, the easiest solution is to try replacing the unreadable file with another one. In the attachment is an archive with an image img_15806.jpg referenced by your game client. Just unzip the archive into the same folder, replacing the previous file img_15806 with this one, and try again.
P.S. If you play not the full version for PC, but an unofficial android port, its performance is not guaranteed.
