You're right. The developer of the game stopped supporting the gallery at some point. I tried to fix it in my mod:

Fair enough. I'll make a copy of the game folder(entire game, not the folder called 'game') and try it out. Will report back later.
EDIT:
All are clickable now, but I'm not sure they're all leading to the right scenes though. When clicking the scene below:
It instead takes me to an extra scene between Ashley and Monica. This is supposed to be Claire's scene.
Whether this is the mod or the game, I have no idea.
It should be said that some of the v11 scenes work fine, so I have no reason to believe the above isn't a special case.
EDIT2: I think that specific clip is the game. If you pick the clip before it, it includes the above one.

Yeah Decent monkey released a hot fix for this issue yesterday. I don't believe it has been shared here yet. You might have to wait for the next release hopefully around the 20th next month.

As Stan5851 already said, I also strongly recommend to start from Ep1. The story begins there and you'll miss megatons of content and plot.

Does that influence the availability of lewd scenes? Do you get more/less lewd scenes the bitchier you are? Do you get different lewd scenes?

I only ever tried doing the max bitch route... but I think they're more or less the same except for dialogue.
If there are differences in scenes, I doubt they are many.

Yeah, that's is kind of my reaction whenever any spoiler doesn't include our girl Monica.
I do like where the office stuff is heading. Though it does need more focus on the IT guy.
