And the scene with Victoria's punishment in the basement suggests only that Philip is playing some kind of game of his own, blackmailing Victoria and making her do something else, but what exactly that "game" is all about, we unfortunately don't know yet. But it is telling of his involvement in what happened to Monica that he knows what really happened to Monica. And it is this knowledge that means that Philip at the very least knows the people responsible for Monica's downfall, and at the very most is one of them himself. The only question is his status in the overall hierarchy. Whether he is a pawn like Steve, who has been appointed to manage Monica's finances or he is a more independent piece on the chessboard.
I totally agree with that statement, the only question is who those people really are and what part of them might be investors in Fashion Magazine. So far it seems to me that this is a global conspiracy against Monica by powerful elites (senators and ministers (police and related structures)), which has involved quite a few people of different ranks and status and not necessarily one of our investors could play the "main fiddle" in it, rather than being a mere pawn like Steve or Biff.But someone is behind everything. The Ranch218, Monicas initial fall and blackmail etc.

Question regarding second chapter:
Trying to complete the quest "Work on the streets", did everything(everything that listed in journal that is) except for one last task - "Dancing with naked tits for stranger" right now it sais "0/3", as if I never did that, but I've repeated this action like ten times already, there's an animation when he grabs Monica's ass and you get to choose one of three options on how to act: Endure, Treat, and something else. I repeated this dance enough times to try every option, it still doesn't check in journal. Is this a bug or something? Or am I doing something wrong? I've tried using search, but couldn't find the answer.
P.S. I already got fifty bucks from him for the first time, then brought assistant to him and got another fifty as well.
And one more question, about Escort Service quest, "Hotel Staff" to be precise. In the guide it sais that when this nerdy hotel employee aproaches Monica again you get the option to go secluded place with him, but I don't get this option. I can only reject him as Monica doesn't want problems with administrator. To clarify : only option "No! I don't want problems with administrator" is available, when the second option is grayed out"How much money did you save ?!(In the next update)". But since guide clearly points out that I should be able to meet with this guy for the second time, even under walkthrough for v14, while I'm playing v16 extra.
Should it be this way?

Thanks for the answer, but I don't think it's the case. I don't even have blowjob option available. Not for him, nor for anyone else in this quest yet. Dancing with naked tits is as far as I can progress with anyone for now.
Also, probably should've read your FAQ before playing, as now I think that these problems could occur because I do play with scrappy mod installed. I never knew it breaks the game. Oh well...

Searching the topic with the keywords "dancing with naked tits for a stranger" works fine. Here's another tip on the subject, try it this way. And if you're using a scrappy mod it's best to disable it, it breaks the game.
But I've seen this post, it doesn't have anything to do with my problem though. My problem is not that stranger refuses Monica's dance, I'm already past that point. My problem is that when Monica does the dance it doesn't appear in journal that dance with naked tits was successfuly completed and it stays "0/3", just like in your FAQ under 1.4.11. The only problem is that I don't even have "blowjob" available yet, so I couldn't break my game with that.

Was in the process of replying with the question of mods that you are using. The mod is 100% responsible for your issues. Either use the mod to just watch some lewd scenes or remove the mod and any save files associated and play the game.
Jesus christ all saves? I've played like ten hours in total, damn. Well I'll try the saves on clean game, if it doesn't work then yeah, replay that is...

No worries man, thank you for taking your time and replying, the realization that I am probably looking at game breaking bug with no possible way to get further hits pretty hard, but oh well. Without you I'd probably waste even more time.

Jesus, just installed clean game and Blowjob option instantly appeared ... And the counter of dances with naked breasts now shows "8/3"

While I'm absolutely fine with the existence of other characters (as long as it's to further the detriment of Monica), developing whole new story arcs; for example, centering around Melanie, would simply take away focus from Monica. The focal point of this game's storyline was a planned downfall, degradation, and humiliation of an affluent and arrogant woman with many rich and powerful enemies, and likewise, that should continue to be the sole and principal focus in this game. What happens to Melanie, does she become a pornstar or escort, is she humiliated in public, I don't give a flying hoohah. The developer's already sidetracked from the central theme. There have been no developments on the "fashion business" front in a while. Who the invisible faces are and what their intentions with Monica are, we still haven't the slightest clue. In hindsight, and as I reflect over it, I feel this game would've taken off in a better direction had it adhered to the central plot. The idea of Monica being brought down, through a carefully laid out plan, to become a plaything of the rich and famous, does sound appealing to me. Coupled with public humiliation, such as being exposed in her own magazine.

I am playing to episode 2 right now and the saves I make does not work, I did not change anything nor did install a mod or anithing, just playing the game and after restarting 3 times because I thought it was a corruption during the play I am kind of annoyed and don't know what to do.

first of all don't play the game with mods
they usually cause bugs especially in fashion business
second it's best to extract the zip file to c drive

On the root C drive? damn, I usually dont install anything on C, actually the game is inside a folder into "my documents". Is it really a gamepath issue? ahaha incredible, so old fashion bug. thank you mate, I will try that.
