What makes you so sure? I personally think that many current supporters will be quite disappointed that Decent Monkey is wasting time on remaking old episodes instead of developing new content.
It seems to me that if there was enough demand for a VN version of the game, it would have already been made by some modder or fan. It's not that especially difficult, and many games have such mods.

in a normal VN I can skip scenes that are useless and there are choices for avoid stupid side stories
IN EP2 is impossible to have control of the MC storyline

If Decent Monkey wants to attract more supporters, he can try to interact more with his patrons.
I mean now all that his patrons get is the game to download when it's released and some spoilers between releases. While that is all fine, you can easily download the game somewhere on the Internet (like this site) and see the spoilers here or there. In other words, all those people are supporting the game only because they want it to be continued. And it's great. But I think it is possible to attract people who want to influence the development of the game, even just a little bit. More than that, it is just more fun to be a patron of such a developer.
For example, in addition to spoilers, Decent Monkey could post a few other types of posts on his patreon account, for example:
1. Maybe a couple of weeks after an update, a post where his patrons can vote for an event or two for the next update. For instance, do they want another event for the falling path, something with Victoria or Fred? Probably the vote should be not about every event so that Decent Monkey can have some development freedom.
2. In addition to it, every once in a while Monica changes or is forced to change her outfit and/or her hairstyle. People could vote between a couple of different options. Some developers do just that and their patrons are quite excited about it.
3. It can go further for higher-paying patrons. It is possible to allow them to choose certain aspects of events. For example, where and how Monica is fucked, in what poses and so on. Maybe Decent Monkey can implement a special Patreon tier where people can even order events.
4. From time to time Decent Monkey could post some development diaries and so on.
It is just examples off the top of my head, of course. It can probably be done better or differently.

I generally agree with you, and I understand that it's very, very unlikely that after reading my post, a developer would go to the trouble of making changes to the game.If you are playing the game to see the fall then(like me) you have a game made for you.
The servicing of difficult clients is in Monica's future as the administrator of the VIP Escort. She cannot allow any customer to leave unsatisfied or the position will be taken away from her. We already have a spoiler for the next update that may be an example of this.
I think as the game goes on Monica will definitely upset the working girls more and more in her role as the administrator. I think other than her original secretary she has managed to piss off everyone who was worked under her so far.
If Monica loses her administrator position she will absolutely be bullied by Mailey. I think though that the game will more focus on Monica ensuring she keeps her role than her losing it.
For me if Monica agrees to be a whore of a group of prostitutes, her will and desire to get her position and life back, would be broken. A broken Monica should only be seen in the game as an ending. If Monica loses all hope of returning to her life, then in my opinion the game loses it's core theme.
I'm not suggesting that Monica can't be put in situations where she needs to keep the VIP escort girls happy but they need to be coerced from her, with Monica able to mentally justify her actions to herself.

What I was poorly trying to say, was that a Monica who whores out to anyone because she feels it's her lot in life now to just please people sexually who demand it, would be a broken Monica. As you said in your post as long as she can justify her actions in either being paid, or as a means to an end for her power and influence to return, she remains unbroken.
In my opinion a broken Monica should only be seen in some ending scenarios and as long as she is unbroken this game could continue for years to come.

Yeah you need to have a save file from ep 2 made during the second Marcus event, to be able to choose the Marcus event in ep 3. First thing to do in ep3 is load your save from ep2(anywhere inside the Marcus event) and then choose the Marcus training event.

Apparently, the developer has made changes in the latest versions of Ep3 that no longer allow you to continue the Marcus quest in Ep3 as part of the "New Game". But it's better to ask the developer himself. (DecentMonkey)
In the meantime, you have 2 options:
1: see FAQ (1.3.5 - information under spoiler).
2. you can use the official save file:
21-2-LT1 - scene with Marcus in the castle

But in any case, I didn’t have enough of the option that I myself added in this scene

I already have 21-2-LT1 save in saves folder and the same options in the image you posted above. While I have your attention are their credits after finishing all events of Ep 3. Thanks for your help.

You can rename the save file to any other name you like. For example, if your last actual save is on page 110 in box 3, you could rename the developer save file "21-2-LT1" to "110-4-LT1" and then copy it to the save-file folder. This means that the save file will be on page 110 in box 4 on the left. In any case, I would only recommend using the official saves as a last resort. For example, if you deliberately ignore some story paths in your main walkthrough, but still want to know what happens in the game. In these cases, using official saves is a best choice.
In all other cases, it's preferable to have your own "full" save file (transferred from Ep1-->Ep2 v16--->Ep3) combined with a persistent file based on your progress through all 3 episodes. So in this particular case the best option is what is written in FAQ 1.3.5 (under spoiler).
