I don't think this is a coach. For some reason, it seems to me that Melanie is going on a date with someone very influential and the coach is more like a lustful fool who would be satisfied with a date in a simple McDonald's. Of course, I could be wrong, and this time Victoria decided to humiliate Melanie in this way, forcing her to meet with the coach. But I don't think it is.

can't really blame him. I also play games where I skip like 80% of the texts and only slow down and start to read when it gets "interesting". So, each to their own...

I 100% do that as well. I was more commenting on his statement that dialogue in a sandbox game is a waste of time.

Any scenes or dialogue that you are repeating can be skipped by holding down the ctrl key.

i just misclicked something after unpacking a newer version so couldnot skip at all...until clicking on the other option.
but if i remember it right i still couldnot skip at some scenes or some parts (no-xxx, no actions-options) .

I totally disagree that the text in a sandbox game is a waste of time

...hmm... it is weird for me to see several pro-text sb players (especially here as FS is not that texty game imo)
i assumed that most sandbox players dont care about reading texts... (as it distracts you from what is important - quest tasks you are eager to complete)
and i never felt any need to read texts ...i never got a feeling that i was missing something... unless i got confused with some questchain step and had a thought 'i should have read the dialogue'...

can only assume that some ppl got into (reading) VNs and that started to affect them. i avoid that ... i can skip through such with some ocassional readings...i may even like some (GGGB for example, as choices and visuals changes were frequent enough and the story was more or less clear, so i even slowed down skipping and read some pieces of dialogues)

Poor English translations for me make a game unplayable.

whereas im totally ok with, say, SoaB, MBF and big kuyash. (those are all RP games, caz obviously RP > any 3dr :] )

There does need to be a good balance

... id say that the way text is shown is also of importance...if it is a renpy with several sentences on the bottom ...and a dialogue needs 10-20 skips within a same visual frame - i loose my patience and skip everything even if i intended to read.
the only game where i decided to read texts was sb-into-vn RP game 'paradise found' ...it was just comfy text presentation plus somewhat original content.

you probably right. She's dressed too fancy for a date a with the coach... or maybe a gang bang with the Senator . That way, Victoria can then also balckmail him in addition to his daughter Stepahnie.

I gave up this game a long time ago. I liked it, but the pixel clicker and the actions 80 times and the incomprehensible pseudo-sandbox-it infuriated me. But the final blow was the elimination of the Bardi line and the splitting of the game into parts. I'll play it when they make a remake without a sandbox, with a Bardi, without a repetitive routine and a single file.

I'm sure dev will be pleased to make anything you wish ^^

Oh, really ? And I thought that someone else would do it as usual.

If this were really a big problem and if a large number of players really needed it (no-sandbox еtc), someone from the gaming community would have done it a long time ago. When there is a real problem with the game (inconvenient interface, slow engine, long movement around the map), then action is taken. As an example, the Unofficial Ren'PY Remake of the original Lida's Adventures. But, of course, you can believe that one day a wizard will arrive and make a special version of FB especially for you.

Hello!
I work hard on every update to make It better than the previous one and release it on time. My dev cycle is normally around 4-6 weeks, during which I work on the game full time without stopping.
In that timeframe I usually manage to produce around 1000-1500 pictures and loads of animations, a number you normally wouldn’t see from other developers. Looking back, I realized that I’ve been working non-stop for the last three years!
That’s why right now I’m here to warn you that after the next release I’m going to take a 3-4 week break that I’ll spend with my family outside the town. I need to fully recuperate after COVID-19 and search for new plot ideas.
I love this job. After the break, I promise to return better than ever and continue making you happy with a bunch of new cool updates!
While I’ll be gone, my team will keep on working, making new assets, locations for future updates, and finishing small extra work that’s been piling on this whole time.
Right now I’m working on the new update EP3 v5 that's planned to release on the 7th of June. My little break will come after that.
I’m always waiting for your feedback on what you would like to see in future updates of Fashion Business!

These "thousands" are clearly hidden somewhere and they do not want to appear here. But in fact, in this topic, these "thousands" mean several disgruntled people ( 2-3 ) who, once every 40-50 pages, write a standard plaintive comment about "grind and sandbox" and disappear from the discussion for a long time. But who am I to destroy other people's dreams.

EP 2.1 - Access to stranger blowjob/perry content
I saw a lot of posts out there about the same or a related problem and did some digging myself. If you are locked out because you denied the blowjob the first time you can make the "blowjob option" with the stranger reappear by changing the following variable:

store.ep214_slums_offer_activated = False

At least for me it worked. Hope it helps some other lost souls or completionists like myself.
